Irish Sandwhiches

No. 361—IRISH SANDWICHES.
Between slices of very thin crisp toast place alternate
layers of very thin slices of roast game, shred celery,
and Tartar sauce; dish up on a napkin.
Note.—This pasts- serves also for potato croquets.
